We at Ohio Valley University are conducting a feasibility study regarding a new graduate program we are hoping to begin in biblical studies/religion. We are currently contemplating three master’s degrees: Old Testament, New Testament, and Ministry, and a Master of Divinity degree. Since there are no institutions in the state of West Virginia that offer such a program, we feel there is a real need in our area. For those from Churches of Christ must travel to Nashville, TN, to attend Lipscomb University or to Memphis, TN, to attend Harding University Graduate School of Religion to do graduate work in biblical studies/religion at a Church of Christ affiliated institution.
